QICC Joint Committee laid out its Members Roles and Responsibilities

QICC’s joint committee joined by the International Labor Organization and the Ministry of Labor met at QICC factory to discuss the roles and responsibilities of the Joint Committee

Aside from the main priority of discussing the roles and responsibilities of the Committee Members, the discussion also touched the topic on recap of what is the objective of the Joint Committee as well as the importance of OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) in ensuring a safe working conditions for the workers. 

The 1-hour interactive session has been well attended by both the Management and Workers Representatives which opened the topics too of the future plans for establishing training programs for the Joint Committee Workers Representatives to be developed by the ILO and sponsored by the Ministry of Labor.
